I have three advice which I definitely once wished to learn before my 20s. But there was no one to guide me.
If you are following these three advice, you will definitely find yourself different from others. I can assure you that.
1. Study hard
Marks matter, grades matter, how good student you have been in your academics it matters. Only those assholes who couldn't achieve better marks in their academics will preach you that marks and degree do not matter.
Everything does matter.
Avoid such fools who demotivate in your academics. Study hard, try to be a topper in your academics. Never try be a lazy person in your studies.
Education, grades and degree may or may not make you a rich person, but they definitely provide you opportunities which can help you to lead at least a better life.
2. Acquire skills
Possess at least one skill in your life apart from your studies. It doesn't matter if this skill is your hobby or not, but it definitely should be helping you to earn money. Be such a master of your specific skill that people will always be looking for you. Without your presence, even a leaf can't move, be such a super specialist.
To build a business, only skills matters the most. If you have skills, you are the boss of the world.
3. Take decisions on your own
After a specific period of time, no people are going to get through with you. The people whom you call your friends will leave you when you need them the most. The people whom you helped the most they won't see their faces when you will be crying for a help.
The parents whom you are calling your world will be putting terms and conditions when you will be doing something beyond their ideologies.
Be always ready to sacrifice attachments, if it's needed. Nothing is permanent in this world except you. The day you die your parents, family, friends and everything else will be dying with you.
So, learn to decide your destiny on own. It's your life, only you have to suffer and cherish. Make your life how you want to be. Don't let anyone in your life when you are building yourself.
